customer invitations
Customer invitations are an excellent way of inviting customers and stakeholders to see your company’s exhibition booth and its products and services.
The customer invitation must be filled out carefully and it must bear the exhibitor’s stamp or other company identification. The customer invitation gives free admission for one to the Transport Fair on your chosen date. We will send you the returned (i.e. used) customer invitations along with your invoice after the trade fair. In this way, you can utilize your guest data for after-sales marketing.
Since you will be invoiced only for returned invitations, you can avoid unnecessary costs.
Prices of customer invitations:
1 day 35 euros
2 days 50 euros
Invoicing of the returned customer invitations
- Customer invitations returns less than 30 - invoicing with normal prices
- Customer invitations returns more than 30 kpl - discount 10 %
- Customer invitations returns more than 100 kpl - discount 20 %
- Customer invitations returns more than 200 kpl - discount 25 %
Ordered customer invitations will be mailed within about a week of ordering.
If customer invitations are sent to several different addresses at the request of the subscriber, a delivery fee of 10 euros, will be added to each shipment.
additional exhibitors wristbands
Each exhibition booth includes exhibitor wristbands for the booth. Additional exhibitors wristbands not included in the exhibition booth can be ordered in advance or obtained from the trade fair office.
The additional wristbands will be invoiced afterwards in conjunction with customer invitation invoicing. Price is 35 euros.
